While we wait for baby...

We are enjoying are last few days as a family of three and getting lots of quality Henry time in.

I get the joy every morning of getting him ready to head to Miss Amanda's in his cute little winter hat and jacket.

Just about every day we have to play blocks and of course he constantly asks us to help him make a good base so he can build his creations. Which one of us insisted on teaching him that he needs a good base in order to build anything...?

His favorite activity with Dad - Flying the quad-copter! 

We've also fit in one last date night w/o Henry : )

And finally we had to take a comparison shot to try and make our final guesses on 

BOY or GIRL what will Baby S #2 be?!

Everyone at work is getting in on the fun as well : ) 

So excited to find out who our next sweet baby Stauffer will be!

Our Big Boy!

He's been insisting on washing himself with his fun body 'paint' soap! Thanks Silas and Piper for all of this fun : ) 

Henry is his new room and big bed! 

Mom and Dad were all anxious checking the monitor every 20 minutes just like the first few nights in your crib!

A boy and his imagination! He has absolutely LOVED his magnets we got him for Christmas. Every single day he plays with them at least once making space ships, pools, helicopters, quad copters and who knows what else!

He also went in for a professional hair cut that although it wasn't his first it sure made him look like the big boy he is fast becoming. 

Lastly, our big boy is rocking it with the potty training! It has been weeks since he has had any sort of accident and he somehow got over his fear of pooping.

A Visit with Grandpa Lyle

It was a great visit to Clayton's Bakery for lunch with Grandpa Lyle. Henry had a blast playing with all their toys : ) 

Although, when it was time to leave and Henry had to watch another boy play with one of his favorites, Grandpa Lyle had to do a little sweet talking to keep him calm. 

Can't wait for our next visit Grandpa Lyle!

Sledding and Snow Days

We have had some pretty good days in the snow lately. First was a little afternoon sledding with Daddy.

Funny how he spent just as much time wanting to pull the sled himself!

Then, on Tuesday and Wednesday we got treated to TWO snow days!

Our first one included making a snowman with Dad!

Our second one included close to two hours of 'shoveling'! I finished my shoveling long before Henry finished his, hence the many, many pictures...

Finally bribed him to warm up with a little hot chocolate treat!
