Henry doesn’t get to sit on the couch very often but when he does he is a master lounger. It is the cutest thing to see him shift around until he gets comfortable – which usually looks a lot like this.

That reminds me…what else were we up to this weekend? Pretty much the same as last year…. Cheering on the Packers of course!

Gabe made up a new game where he pretends to get his finger caught in a pen case. Henry loves putting his finger in and having Gabe pretend to close it on him. The video is a bit blurry but you get the idea!
And if Gabe doesn’t do it again and again and again….
Aunt Andrea got Henry the CUTEST little rocking chair and he LOVES it! He seriously has to climb up and rock in it several times a day.
It also happened to provide us with our first official funny Henry story.
Henry was climbing up into his chair and trying to stand up and hang on to the back. Gabe saw this and proceeded to tell Henry to “Sit on your butt!” with a pointed finger for extra affect. Well, our darling little boy turned around to face his papa, stuck out his finger and said in his most stern 11-month-old voice “Butt, Butt, Butt! Butt, Butt, Butt, Butt!”
Definitely hard for us to stay serious with that one. Looking forward to all the memories this chair will bring!

He hasn’t gotten a new tooth since he was 9 months old but this week it looks like there are FIVE coming in!!! Poor kid just wasn’t himself : (
When you teeth are hurting sometimes you just need to give some hugs. Luckily for Gabe he happened to be the one holding you : )
Yay, Cross Country season is over! Well, at least I’m excited to finally be home a lot more.
Looks like Henry is thinking of all the guy time he is going to miss out on!

I love it when I find Henry playing away in his favorite spot.
Once he gets himself in a box he is usually good for at least 15-20 minutes.
Not sure how much fun one can have in a box? Henry will show you!
There is always something new hidden underneath you.
It can easily convert into a lounge chair when you need a little rest.
Oh look, I found a sock!
Sometimes you have to clean out your box. That can be a pretty big job!
But it is worth it because then you can fill it back up with other stuff!

Today after school Henry’s friend Oliver came over to play.
Of course, Henry wanted to start out by showing Oliver his room.
Then it was time to play! Now as you can see by the mess happening in the living room there were PLENTY of toys to choose from but what item did they both just HAVE TO HAVE?! A plastic Puff’s can that Aunt Dorothy had so graciously passed down to us!
Luckily, they are such good friends they didn’t mind switching off putting things in and dumping things out.
That is until Henry started messing with Oliver’s books. Then the little cutie got a little vocal : )
Last on the agenda was a little supper time.
Both behaved like perfect 1-year-old baby boys. We will definitely be doing this again!
